Sometimes something small can be a really big thing. Because I photograph homes, I guess I naturally tend towards wide-angle photography and large landscapes. But not always. Sometimes something small really catches the eye and I go the other way. I was in a dog park with my two huskies last summer. As luck would have it, there were several “butterfly bushes” surrounding the area. A large number of Monarch butterflies had found discovered the bushes and were feasting on the nectar – storing up energy reserves in preparation for their long trek.
